P.K. Townes is a former teacher, blogger, and lifelong writer.
Praised by his mother as “brilliant” and the author of “the best stories,” P.K. has learned to accept compliments from even the most biased of critics..
His work has appeared in Springs! Magazine and Public Library Quarterly.
Holding a B.A. in English and a master’s degree in education, P.K. has spent years immersed in literature, storytelling, and the art of making complex ideas fun. He has written across genres and formats—including stage and screenplays, short fiction, poetry, radio drama, comics, and interactive fiction—always chasing new ways to experiment with narrative.
As a teacher, he championed curiosity, joy of learning, and a duty to challenge authority, values that continue to shape his writing.
He expects to complete the first draft of his novel, The Trees Beyond the Field, in fall 2026… assuming he can avoid starting new projects long enough to finish it.
